1. After contract signature, Pan Link deliver pallets
to the customer’s designated delivery location
2. Pan Link will arrange the vehicle to collect empty pallet after receiving information from customer
3. After collecting pallet, Pan Link
will inspect and clean them to ensure that
condition is appropriate for required use
4. Continue the rental process
